Prof Hashem graduated as doctor of dental surgery (BDS) in 1990 from Cairo University. He finished his 
first post graduate degree, Master degree (MDS) in endodontics in 1997 from Cairo University. He 
obtained his doctor degree (PHD) in endodontics in 2001 from Ain Shams University.  
Dr Ahmed Abdel Rahman Hashem one of the great professor in faculty of dentistry. Ain Shams University 
Egypt. He was awarded the best research price in the university in 2005. He founded and started one of 
the finest Education Center in the Middle East is the future university in Egypt in 2012. This Center contains 
all contemporary device and instrument in the field of Endodontic. 
Prof. Hashem has more than 25 publications in different journals worldwide. He has also participated in 
numerous lectures courses and conference as speaker and lecturer. He also has a private practice limited 
to micro-endodontics in Egypt
